The following is our shut off policy for past due water customers.

If  your water has been disconnected, you will need to pay the past due amount plus the turn on fee. The water may not be turned back on that day. Please don't call our emergency line if your service is disconnected. Call during our office hours which are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
